Do you feel like you have lost your sense of self, either through motherhood, life's transitions or your treasures having flown the nest? Are you striving to create a nurturing environment for your family, yet feeling overwhelmed by the everyday challenges of life, work, home, and more?

Alternatively, things are pretty good, but somehow it feels like ground-hog day and you wish to create some meaning, purpose, and connection to flourish individually and as a family?

I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you feel heard. We shape your narratives and explore words, emotions and narratives that heal, lift, but most of all, I offer you silence and space to help you make sense of your story. Together I will walk alongside you, guiding you find a way back first to yourself, from which you create a path to walk along and enjoy the journey with your family.

An opportunity for conscious dialogue as a couple

Starting a family and welcoming a baby is the start of a new chapter. It offers a change to evaluate relationships, create new goals, build dreams, and shape a future together as a family. The parental relationship and emotional connection is the foundation for a baby's development. The quality of parental relationship has lasting impact on cognitive, social, emotional (and physical) development of children.

As a trained Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapist and a Certified Bringing Baby Home Instructor, our sessions together can support you develop friendship, build positive regard and admiration, have authentic conversations that reflect your shared dreams and visions as a couple and family, and prepare to turn towards each other in times of stress (even those brought about in welcoming a new baby).

I will walk with you as you work towards laying down the foundations to strengthen the quality of your relationship, the bedrock upon which you build your family, in line with your shared values, while recognising the unique individuals within your relationship and family.
